Welcome to Ms Learning Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.mslearningacademy.org (“Platform”) and all services provided through it. By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

To access our courses and services, users must create an account.

•You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

•There is no minimum age requirement, however, minors may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.

•You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

•Upon purchasing a course, lifetime access is granted to the content, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

•PDFs and other written materials may be downloadable; however, video lectures and recordings are strictly protected and may not be downloaded, copied, or redistributed.

•Live classes are conducted via Zoom, and class links will be provided within the course dashboard.

•Instructors may apply to publish courses, but must meet the criteria set by Ms Learning Academy. Approval is at our sole discretion.

•Instructors retain ownership of their content but grant Ms Learning Academy a right to make necessary edits or changes for quality control or compliance.

•Instructors can withdraw earnings via PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods. Minimum withdrawal is $80, and earnings become eligible for withdrawal after 2 days of a successful sale.

•We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

•Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds may be declined unless there are exceptional circumstances.

•All transactions are processed in accordance with our secure payment policies.

•Share their account or login credentials with others

•Engage in plagiarism or copy content

•Harass or behave inappropriately toward instructors or other students

Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or immediate account termination in critical cases.

•Some live classes may be recorded with the consent of participants for quality assurance or academic purposes.

•Members of Ms Learning Academy may join sessions for monitoring to ensure compliance with platform standards.

•All content on the platform, including but not limited to videos, documents, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright laws.

•Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

•Instructors retain ownership of their content, but by uploading, grant Ms Learning Academy the right to host, display, modify, and distribute it within the platform.

•We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms.

•Users will receive warnings for minor infractions; however, severe breaches may result in immediate suspension or permanent bans.

•Courses are intended solely for educational purposes. Ms Learning Academy makes no guarantees of results from course participation.

•While we strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date content, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of any course material.
